The purpose of this board is to provide through joint and cooperative action between the participating entities a more efficacious water supply, transmission and distribution for Riverside and the East Riverside Wyoming Water and Sewer District, Carbon County, Wyoming.

5-member Board/ two (2) members shall be appointed from the Town of Riverside, two (2) members shall be appointed by the East Riverside Water and Sewer District and one (1) member shall be alternately appointed by the Town or the District, all of whom shall be qualified electors of Carbon County, Wyoming,
