Transparency in Coverage - Blue Cross Blue Shield of WY

As an employer providing a non-Grandfathered self-funded or level-funded health plan, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2020 requires the county to make a Machine Readable File containing detailed pricing information related to our health plan available on our own publicly available website by July 1, 2022. This pricing information includes network negotiated rates and historical payments and billed charges for out-of-network providers.
